PUBLIC NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing on the petition to Opt Out of the Summer School Lunch program in accordance with The Childhood Hunger Relief Act filed on December 12, 2024 by Dr. PJ Caposey, Oregon CUSD #220, Ogle County, Illinois is scheduled to convene at 9:30 A.M. on February 21, 2025 in the Regional Superintendent’s Office at the Regional Office of Education #47, 2214 East 4th Street, Suite B, Sterling, Illinois. The Regional Superintendent shall at that time hear testimony on the Petition from the School District and interested community members.
