Approve the destruction of the following audio closed session minutes due to previously approved written minutes:
February 2005, July – September 2008, July – November 2008, July 2010 - June 2011, July 2011 – June 2012, July 2012 – June 2013 and July 2013 – June 2014.
Destruction allowable per section 2:220 of the OCUSD School Board Policy which states “After 18 months have passed since being made, the audio recordings of a closed meeting are destroyed provided the Board approved: (1) its destruction, and (2) minutes of the particular closed meeting”
