- This is the time in which we invite the public to the board and provide us input directly related to the school year 2024-2025 Budget presentation. Time will be allowed during the regular meeting for your input on any other issues, commendations, or concerns that you may have. The board’s function during this portion of the meeting is to listen and gather information from the community to help guide our decision-making processes. In the interest of giving everyone equal time, we ask that you limit your comments to five minutes. Anyone wishing to make a public comment related to the budget presentation, please rise, state your name, and the floor shall be yours.
