Approve the resolution to repay the $650,000 interfund loan from the Working Cash Fund to the HLS Fund that was approved by the Board on December 14, 2020. Approval of this resolution will signify that the loan from the Working Cash Fund has been fully repaid by funds from the HLS Fund.
