We want to welcome everyone here this evening and will open the meeting with Public Comment. This is the time in which we invite the public to address the board and provide us with input on any issues, commendations, or concerns that you may have at this time. The board's function during this portion of the meeting is to listen and gather information from the community to help guide our decision-making processes. In the interest of giving everyone equal time, we ask that you limit your comments to five minutes. As a reminder, we do not tolerate personal attacks or inappropriate language. Anyone wishing to make a public comment, please rise, state your name, and the floor shall be yours.

Approve the Retirement Agreement for Mindy Thomas
Mission Statement: “Educate students to be lifelong learners who are productive, responsible citizens.”

Recognitions:
Darin DeHaan recognized the school district for their collaboration with the City of Oregon Police and Fire Departments for the May 8 Walk or Bike ride event. He has received nothing but positive comments since.
2024 Etnyre Foundation Grant Award winners: Brittany Kundert, Olivia Phalen, Amber Kerce, Cynthia Kilmer, Nate Rogers, Sarah Messenger, Yvonne Drake, Dominic Cozzi, Carmon Conderman, Seth McMillan, and Erin Moloney. An overall total of $22,446.56 was awarded!
